The Vandalcover website is designed purely as a source of reference for the Goods and / or Services offered by Vandalcover. Goods and / or Services promoted within this website may be discontinued or no longer available. All quoted price for Goods and / or Services excluding GST.

Personal information submitted to this website will only be used to provide clients with the information they have requested, to book appointments and to contact the client with regard to Goods and / or Services booked. We will not supply any information voluntary given by a client via our website to any other company.

For statistical purposes only we may gather website information including the Internet service provider (ISP) that has accessed our website, the date and time of day the website was accessed and the webpages viewed during the visit.

Trademarks
The unauthorised use of trademarks and logos for this company and our suppliers is not permitted. The written authorisation of  Vandalcover is required as is the authorisation of our suppliers as applies to their trademarks and logos to authorise use.

Vandalcover, holds all rights to material contained within this website. This includes intellectual property, graphics, animations, sounds, and music none of which are to be reproduced or circulated for commercial use nor can they be posted to any other website.

This website and any files transmitted with it should be checked for the presence of viruses. Vandalcover accepts no liability for any damage caused by any virus transmitted via this website.

1. This warranty extends to the original retail customer or recipient of the product (in the case of acquisition by a machinery dealer as part of a larger equipment sale) and it is not transferable.
2. As the original retail customer must return the completed warranty registration card if provided with the product within 21 days of date of purchase of the product.
3. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase of the product, if other conditions in the Terms and Conditions are met.
4. Original proof of purchase of the product or the receipt will be required for any warranty claim to be considered
5. V-Cover warrants your product against any manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship for 12mths, subject to the following
   1. Items that are capable of rust or other environmental degradation, including but not limited to powder-coated steel carry a 3mth warranty calculated from the date of purchase of the product
   2. Recommended cleaning is with warm water. All warranty is considered void if any chemical cleaning agent is applied to the cover.
   3. Any defect in material or workmanship, which at the time of purchasing the product ought to have revealed to the purchaser by examination of the product.
   4. V-Cover does not have any liability or responsibility under this warranty where, caused by conditions beyond V-Covers control including but not limited to any cost, loss, misuse, neglect, accidents, attachment or fitment by purchaser, removal by purchaser, retailer or any other third party.
   5. This warranty only applies for manufacturing faults, and does not cover component, brackets or like wise, which by their nature may reasonably require periodic replacement or repair due to normal wear, operation, degradation or consumption.
   6. No warranty is given for defects or damage caused by modifications to the vehicle or the product or the users failure to properly secure covers.
   7. The warranty does not extend to consequential or incidental damage, including but not limited to damage to your machine, vehicle or to any other person or property
   8. It is your responsibility to maintain the product adequately, and any component subject to wear through use or exposure to the elements &/or environment are inspected periodically and replace with V-Cover approved parts as required.
   9. No warranty is provided for failure caused by inadequate maintenance nor non-compliance to fitting instructions supplied by V-Cover .  V-Cover recommends that our products be removed from your machine for regular cleaning with approved products and when not in use for extended periods
   10. For Product(s)/component(s) with a warranty, the warranty period shall remain effective from the time of original purchase – the validity date shall not be altered by subsequent supply of any replacement product under the Terms and conditions of warranty

5. Subject to the limitations of exclusions below, V-Cover will remedy defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period by:
   1. Repairing or replacing (at V-Cover’s option) the defective component (s) without charge for parts or labour to the original purchaser.
   2. The cost or returning the component(s) / product(s) and the proof of purchase back to the place where the product was purchased will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
